基于DeForm的密封条钢带滚压成形过程有限元分析

摘    要:以某汽车密封条钢带骨架为研究对象,利用DeForm有限元分析技术对密封条钢带骨架滚压成形过程建立有限元仿真模型,根据模型分析滚轮基本直径递增量和摩擦系数变化对成形过程中带料等效应力和应变的影响规律。结果表明适当增大滚轮基本直径的递增量和减小滚轮与带料之间的摩擦系数,可降低带料成形过程中的等效应力和应变,有利于保证密封条钢带骨架成形过程稳定并防止产生边缘波浪、褶皱等缺陷。

Abstract:Taking a certain type of automobile sealing strip steel skeleton product as the research object,the finite element simulation model of rolling forming process of sealing strip skeleton was established by using DeForm finite element analysis software.According to the model,the influence law of incremental change of roller basic diameter and friction coefficient change on equivalent stress and strain of steel belt in forming process was analyzed.The results showed that increasing the incremental change of the basic diameter of the roller and reducing the friction coefficient between the roller and steel belt could reduce the equivalent stress and strain in the forming process of the steel belt.It conducive to ensuring the stability of the forming process and preventing the generation of defects such as side waves and folds.
