摘    要:主要阐述刮板输送设备用联接板由铸件改为结构件的方法,根据联接板的作用和使用要求,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,分析现有结构优缺点,分析了结构改进的原则、工艺可行性,为刮板输送设备用联接板结构改进提供初步改进方案的原则和方法。对改进前后的生产成本、生产周期进行比较分析。理论分析及实际应用表明,刮板输送设备用联接板由铸件改为结构件,满足使用要求的同时,设计可行、工艺可行性好,改进后可大幅降低生产成本、缩短生产周期,具有很高的推广价值。

Abstract:Mainly expounded the method of changing the connecting plate for scraper conveying equipment from casting to structural parts.According to the role and use requirements of the connecting plate,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing structure were analyzed by combining theory with practice,and the principle and process feasibility of structural improvement were analyzed.The principle and method of improving the structure of connecting plate for scraper conveying equipment were provided.The production cost and the production cycle before and after the improvement were compared and analyzed.Theoretical analysis and practical application show that the connecting plate for scraper conveying equipment is changed from costing to structural part,which meets the requirement of application at the same time,the design is feasible and the process is feasible.After improvmeng,the production cost can be greatly reduce,and the production cycle can be shorten.It has a high value for popularization.
