摘    要:针对庞庞塔矿9-801大倾角松软厚煤层综放工作面支架下滑与倾倒的问题,对大倾角煤层工作面综放开采的影响因素和支架稳定性进行分析,得到煤层倾角大于31°时超过支架极限倾倒角,支架易发生倾倒;煤层倾角大于19°时超过支架下滑极限倾角,支架易发生下滑。结合该矿实际生产条件,提出了工作面弯曲布置、伪斜布置和支架防倒防滑措施,为9-801工作面安全高效生产提供了技术保障。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of support sliding and toppling in the 9-801 fully mechanized mining face in large inclined soft thick seam in Pangpangta Mine,the influencing factors of fully mechanized caving mining face and the stability of the support are analyzed,and the coal seam inclination angle is greater than 31 When the inclination angle of the coal seam exceeds the limit tilt angle of the support,the support is prone to toppling;when the coal seam inclination angle is greater than 19°,the support is prone to slide down if the inclination angle of the coal seam exceeds the limit.Combined with the actual production conditions of the mine,the working face bending layout,pseudo-inclined layout and support anti-sliding measures were proposed,which provided technical guarantee for the safe and efficient production of the 9-801 working face.
