汽车桥壳冲压工艺及模具设计

摘    要:对于拼焊结构汽车桥壳的冲压,关键在于控制上、下壳体焊接边的尺寸精度及壳体平面度,保证上、下壳体拼接间隙均匀一致。采用正切边工艺及斜楔压料结构改善了桥壳切边质量,保证了焊接边的尺寸精度,同时采用双面全包整形,提升了桥壳的平面度。

Abstract:For the stamping of automobile axle housings with tailor-welded structure,the key was to control the dimensional accuracy of the welding edges of the upper and lower housings and the flatness of the housing,so as to ensure that the splice gap between the upper and lower housings was uniform.The positive trimming process and wedge press structure were adopted to improve the trimming quality,and the flatness of the axle housing was enhanced by adopting double-sided full covering sizing.
