小保当煤矿保护煤柱尺寸的研究

摘    要:巷道支护技术研究是煤矿开采永恒的课题,小保当煤矿作为榆神矿区中部地带,具有典型的区域特点,大断面巷道支护加护研究,不仅有利高产高效矿井的安全回采,也对该区域矿井的支护给于借鉴意见。本文针对小保当煤矿大断面巷道支护过程中出现的问题,结合国内大断面巷道支护技术,采用理论分析核数值模拟手段,研究了大断面巷道间的保护煤柱应力分布及变形,提出了合理的保护煤柱尺寸。

Abstract:The roadway support is prominent in our country,Xiaobaodang mine as the central yulin-shenmu coal mine areas,have the characteristics of the typical area,large section roadway support intensive research,not only beneficial to the high yield and efficient mine safety mining,also reference to supporting in this area.In this paper,based on the problems in the supporting process of large section coal roadway in Xiaobaodang Mine.and combined with the support technology of soft rock roadway at home and abroad,the author using the combination of mechanical analysis,theoretical analysis,and numerical modeling.According to the numerical simulation of the roadway deformation,and the stress distribution in the coal pollar,and reasonable protection of coal pillar size is proposed.
