| 摘 要： | 对T形楔块加工零件进行了结构分析和加工技术要求分析,详细地分析了常规加工工艺存在的问题,并对常规加工工艺提出了新的加工工艺。实践证明,经改进后的加工工艺,从加工时长、NC文件大小、刀具成本等方面都有了质的飞跃。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the structure and processing technology requirements of T-shaped wedge,analyzes the problems existing in the conventional processing technology in detail,and puts forward a new processing technology for the conventional processing technology.Practice has proved that the improved processing technology has a qualitative leap in terms of processing time,NC file size,tool cost and so on. |
