基于ANSYS的钻架疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:钻架在载荷反复作用下极易发生疲劳损坏,影响机器使用及日常维护。利用ANSYS软件对钻架推进行程的初始位置进行有限元分析。首先通过静力学分析确定钻架结构的薄弱部位,在此基础上进行疲劳寿命分析,钻架起始推进位置上出现最小寿命的部位是导轮,是相应推进位置应力最集中的部位,由此验证了钻架上应力集中的部位最易发生疲劳损伤或失效。

Abstract:Under the repeated action of the load,the drill frame is easy to suffer from fatigue damage,which affects the use and daily maintenance of the machine.ANSYS software was used to carry out finite element analysis on the initial position of the drill frame.First by statics analysis determined the weak position of the drill frame structure,based on the fatigue life analysis,drill frame starting forward position on the part of the minimum life is the idler pulley,which is the most important parts of the corresponding forward position stress.Therefore,it is verified that the stress concentration position on the drill frame is the easiest fatigue damage or failure.
