摘    要:依据燃火特效剧场特点,对剧场内燃气管道可能的泄漏方式(小孔泄漏、管道断裂泄漏)和结果进行分析。阐述燃火特效系统工艺流程、关键工艺参数,分析剧场可能的燃气泄漏量。研究结果表明:燃火特效剧场的可能燃气泄漏量主要与管道设计压力、管道内直径以及泄漏时间密切相关;表演预备阶段的小孔泄漏是该类型剧场非灾难性事故状态下风险最大的泄漏方式;最大燃气泄漏量与区域管道数量、特效燃烧器设计用气量、剧场面积不直接关联。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of fire special effect theater,the possible leakage modes( small hole leakage and pipeline fracture leakage) of gas pipeline in the theater and the consequences are analyzed. The process flow and key process parameters of the fire special effect system are described,and the possible gas leakage in the theater is analyzed. The research results show that the possible gas leakage in the fire special effect theater is mainly related to the pipeline design pressure,the inner diameter of the pipeline and the leakage time. The small hole leakage in the preparatory stage of the performance is the most risky leakage mode under the non-catastrophic accident state of this type of theater. The maximum gas leakage is not directly related to the number of regional pipelines,the amount of gas used in the design of special effect burners,and the area of the theater.
