地面直井大流量水力压裂消突在新景矿的应用

摘    要:为解决掘进工作面瓦斯突出威胁,提高突出煤层瓦斯抽采效率,实现巷道的快速掘进,以阳煤集团新景矿为研究对象,针对8#煤层南、北回风大巷以及辅运大巷在掘进过程中瓦斯突出危险性较大,掘进工作面推进速度慢的问题,提出在地面施工煤层气立井,采用大流量消突配合地面排采的施工工艺对目标煤层进行压裂,分别对钻进施工、固井施工以及压裂施工方案进行设计,旨在实现煤层瓦斯的有效消突,确保掘进作业的安全性。

Abstract:In order to solve the threat of gas outburst in the driving face,improve the gas extraction efficiency of outburst coal seam,and realize the rapid excavation of the roadway,taking the Xinjing Mine of Yangmei Coal Group as the research object,aiming at the 8#coal seam south and north return air lanes and auxiliary transportation In the process of roadway excavation,the danger of gas outburst is relatively large,and the advancing speed of the driving face is slow.It is proposed to construct CBM shafts on the ground,and use the large-flow anti-outburst and ground drainage technology to fracturing the target coal seam.The design of drilling construction,cementing construction and fracturing construction is designed to achieve effective elimination of coal seam gas and ensure the safety of tunneling operations.
