| Abstract: | This paper introduces the molding characteristics and molding process of the combined spur and helical gears,especially the design elements of the mold structure for the molding of the helical gears.The selection of the parting surface of the moving and fixed mold,the selection and design of the correct gating system,the design of the molding part of the mold and the assembly structure are also discussed. |
