极近距离煤层采空区下切巷施工工艺技术研究与应用

摘    要:为了减小切巷施工作业对巷道顶板产生的影响,保证扩帮期间顶板的稳定性,以云冈矿12-2#层410盘区81001巷采空区下切巷扩帮为研究对象,对比小循环扩帮、注浆加固、机掘正巷及扩帮三种施工技术,确定采用机掘正巷及扩帮技术,同时采用多种联合支护方式,提高顶板的稳定性,最后进行现场施工验证。结果表明:机掘正巷及扩帮技术提高了顶板的稳定性,解决了切巷扩帮中支架难以安装的难题,为极近距离煤层采空区掘进切巷扩帮提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to reduce the impact of roadway cutting operations on the roof of the roadway and ensure the stability of the roof during the expansion period,the lower cutting roadway expansion in the goaf area of No.81001 in the 410 panel of the Yungang mine 12-2#layer is taken as the research object.Comparing the three construction techniques of small-circulation expansion,grouting reinforcement,machine-drilling roadway and side-expanding,it is determined that the machine-driving roadway and side-expanding technology shall be adopted.At the same time,a variety of combined support methods are used to improve the stability of the roof.On-site construction verification showed that the machine-drilled main roadway and the expansion technology improved the stability of the roof,solved the difficult installation problem of the support in the cut roadway expansion,and provided a way for the excavation of the cut roadway expansion in the very short distance coal seam goaf.reference.
