摘    要:现有乳化液泵站无法根据工作面的实际需求供液,造成大量能耗和设备磨损,为解决此问题,基于变频技术对乳化液泵站进行了智能化改造。与现有乳化液泵站相比,改造后的乳化液泵站有效地减少了人为造成的事故隐患,延长了乳化液泵站的使用寿命,大大地减少了用电量、人力成本和维修维护成本,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The emulsion pump station cannot supply liquid according to the actual demand of the working face,which causes a large amount of energy consumption and equipment wear and tear.In order to solve this problem,the emulsion pump station was intelligently transformed based on frequency conversion technology.Compared with the current emulsion pumping station,the reconstructed emulsion pump station effectively reduces the hidden dangers of man-made accidents,extends its service life,and greatly reduces electricity consumption,labor costs and maintenance costs.It has a broad application prospect.
