托座加工技术研究

摘    要:托座为某产品重要的焊接结构件,加工时其自身无基准,图纸要求部件上端弧面与下端孔的轴线共面,且弧面下端孔的精度要求较高。由于以上因素的制约以往加工效率低下,通过设计专用工艺装备,合理选择刀具,优化工艺方案,有效保证了托座的加工效率及加工质量。

Abstract:The pedestal is an important welding structure part of the product,and there is no reference when it is processed.The drawing requires that the axis of the upper cambered surface and the lower hole of the component be coplanar,and the accuracy of the lower hole of the cambered surface is relatively high.Due to the constraints of the above factors in the past low processing efficiency,through the design of special process equipment,reasonable choice of tools,optimize the process scheme,effectively ensure the processing efficiency and processing quality of the pedestal.
