玉溪煤矿1301工作面松软煤层瓦斯抽采技术研究与应用

摘    要:为解决1301工作面瓦斯含量高的问题,根据3#煤层低渗透、松软的特征,结合现有抽采技术确定采用工作面前方煤体卸压瓦斯抽采+高位钻孔裂隙带抽采+千米钻机裂隙带钻孔抽采技术相结合的瓦斯治理方案,基于工作面的特征进行抽采方案具体参数的设计,并在抽采方案实施后进行瓦斯抽采效果的分析。结果表明:工作面瓦斯抽采方案实施后,回风巷和上隅角的瓦斯浓度降幅分别为30%和33%,工作面回采期间无瓦斯超限现象出现,保障了工作面的安全回采。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high gas content in the 1301 working face,according to the characteristics of low permeability and softness of the 3#coal seam,combined with the existing drainage technology,it is determined to use the coal pressure relief in front of the coal face+high-level drilling fissure zone drainage+1000 Based on the characteristics of the working face,the gas control plan based on the combination of the drilling and drainage technology of the meter rig fracture zone is used to design the specific parameters of the drainage plan,and the gas drainage effect is analyzed after the implementation of the drainage plan.The results show that:after the implementation of the gas drainage plan in the working face,the gas concentration in the return air lane and the upper corner decreased by 30%and 33%,respectively.There was no gas overrun during the face mining,which ensured the safe mining of the face.
