摘    要:高端H13系列扁钢的退火组织应满足北美压铸协会标准《NADCA#207》或热作工具钢显微检验标准?SEP1614?的要求,某公司H13系列扁钢退火组织一次合格率仅为79%,通过调整钢锭的高温扩散工艺、增大扁钢轧后在线冷却强度及延长等温球化退火保温时间等工艺措施成功改善了带状偏析、液析碳化物、退火组织均匀性等问题,一次合格率提升至98%以上。

Abstract:The annealing structure of high quality H13 flat steel should match the Standard《NADCA#207》of north american die-casting association or《SEP1614》of microscopic inspection standard for hot tool steel.The first time yield of H13 flat steel annealing structure only 79%.The problems of band segregation,primary carbide and uniformity of annealing structure were improved successfully by improve the high temperature diffusion process of ingot,increasing the on-line cooling strength of flat steel after rolling and prolonging the time of isothermal spheroidizing annealing,the first time yield of annealing structure got up to 98% or more.
