细长微孔塑件注射模设计

摘    要:介绍了聚苯硫醚材料特性,结合公司某型号固定板塑件,分析了细长、十字网格槽交叉排布及薄壁细微孔塑件的注射成型工艺,探索了其注射成型模具结构及模具零部件加工工艺,分析了该模具的模架选择、分型面选择原则、脱模结构设计;并重点介绍了在公司现有条件下,十字网格槽模具成型结构方案及其制造方法和制造成本对比,最终设计出满足加工和使用要求的模具。

Abstract:This paper introduces the characteristics of polyphenylene sulfide.Combined with the injection molding parts of a certain type of fixed plate in the company,the injection molding process of slender,cross grid groove cross arrangement and thin-walled micro hole plastic parts is analyzed.The injection mold structure and mold parts processing technology are explored.The mold base selection,parting surface selection principle and demoulding structure design of the structural part mold are described in detail.This paper mainly introduces the cross grid groove forming structure scheme,manufacturing method and production cost comparison under the existing conditions of the company,and finally designs the mold meeting the processing and use requirements.
