摘    要:针对塑料直齿轮注射成型过程中出现的大小头问题,采用MoldFlow进行仿真分析,揭示了因温度分布不均而产生大小头现象的机理,并结合直齿轮成型试验及检测结果,提出了根据收缩率和变模数法计算型腔定模侧和动模侧的齿形参数、采用线切割加工锥度型腔板以消除成型齿轮大小头的方法。实际结果表明:该方法可有效解决塑料直齿轮成型中的大小头问题,提高了塑料直齿轮的成型精度。

Abstract:To study the taper phenomenon of plastic spur gear,the MoldFlow software was used to analyze the mechanical mechanism of non-uniform shrinkage because of uneven temperature distribution.Combined the moulding test and result of spur gear,the gear parameters of cavity and core were calculated separately according to the shrinkage ratio and varied modulus method.In order to eliminate the taper of spur gear,the WEDM was adopted to machine the taper gear cavity plate.The actual results showed that the method could effectively solve the taper problem and improve the gear precision.
