镍基催化剂在食用油脂氢化中性能研究

摘    要:改进高压反应釜取样装置,用浸渍法制备负载在不同载体(硅藻土、活性炭、分子筛、凹凸棒土) 上镍基催化剂用于食用油脂加氢,并测得油脂在不同反应时间碘价、折光指数、熔点数据,分析比较其催 化活性,其中以凹凸棒土为载体镍基催化剂综合性能较好。

Abstract:Reactive still of high pressure is improved. The activity of hydrogenate catalyst with different supporters (diatomite, active-carbon, zeolite, attapulgite) are compared. The iodine value, diopter index, melting point of edible oils are researched. The property of catalyst based on attapulgite is very excellent.
