基于GPRS的炼油企业污染源监测系统改造

污染源在线监控是排污单位提高环境管理水平的重要手段。针对辽河石化公司污染源监测的现状,设计了基于GPRS的辽河石化公司污染源实时监测系统。系统由前端仪表自动监测子系统、现场数据传输子系统、监测中心子系统构成:前端自动监测仪表对污染源实时测量各项参数,现场数据传输子系统的数据采集通讯设备通过GPRS网络将数据传输到监测中心数据库服务器上,监测中心对数据统计分析,以Web形式将数据发布到Internet上,供用户浏览,数据出现溢出时发送报警短信息,为应急监测方案的启动和相应的应急处置提供数据支持。该系统的实现将将大大加快辽河石化公司创建环境友好企业的步伐,为其他炼油企业环境管理体系的建设提供参考依据。

System Reform of Monitoring System of Pollution Source for Refinery

On-line monitoring for pollution source is the important means to advance the level of environ- mental administration. Aiming at the present situation of environmental monitoring in Liao.he Petroleum Corpo- ration, monitoring system for pollution source based on GPRS was designed in this paper. The system included front automatic monitoring subsystem, field data transfering subsystem and monitoring centre subsystem. After collecting on-line automatic monitoring data of pollution source, the communicating equipment real-time trans- mitted data to database server of monitoring center on GPRS net. Meanwhile the data can be analysis and browsed on Internet, and when the data were overflowing the consumer received alarm message and provided the basic data for emergency and disposal arrangement. This system will quicken the implement of environmentally friendly project and offered gist to other refinery.
