| Abstract: | Aroma chemicals especially ester aroma chemicals are the important raw material of the food industry, the cosmetics and the drugs manufacture industry. In this paper, the progress in research and development and technical improvement of ester aroma chemicals in the last 10 years were introduced. A great valuable reference for the future development of aroma chemicals was put forward. |
