摘    要:采用固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/SnO_2系列为催化剂,对柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料合成柠檬酸三丁酯进行研究,通过考察了不同稀土添加量、不同硫酸浸渍浓度、不同焙烧温度等制备催化剂条件对酯化反应的影响,获得了最适应的催化剂制备条件,使得柠檬酸正丁酯的酯化率可达95.87%。

Abstract:The tributyl citrate ester was synthesized by citric acid and normal butyl alcohol, and catalized by solid super acid SO_4~(2-)/SnO_2 series. The amount of different rare earth, different concertration of H_2SO_4, and dif- ferent calcination temperature, which effect the esterification reaction were discussed in this paper. The opti- mum reaction conditions were obtained and the esterification conversation rate reached to 95.87 %.
