分光光度法测定苦丁茶中的熊果酸含量

摘    要:用5%香草醛-冰醋酸及高氯酸显色,在波长548nm处用分光光度法测定了海南苦丁茶中的熊果酸含量。回归方程为Y=0.04473X 0.08073,相关系数r=0.9983。熊果酸平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为2.01%(n=5)。本法操作简便、可行、重现性好。

Abstract:5 % vanillin acetum and perchloric acid as color developer, the content of ursolic acid of kud- ingcha growed in Hainan province was determined at 548 nm. The linear regression equation is Y=0. 04473X 0. 08073, r=0.9983. The average recovery was 101.2 %, and RSD=2.01%(n=5). The method is simple, repro- ducible and practicable for the determination of ursolic acid.
