Fe3+-SCN-体系中有色物质吸光度和显色剂浓度关系的研究

摘    要:针对许多《分析化学》和《无机及分析化学》教材在吸光光度法一章的显色剂用量的讨论,对Fe3 —SCN-离子体系进行了研究。实验结果表明:在Fe3 离子浓度及其它条件固定,显色剂SCN-离子浓度较低时,随着SCN-离子浓度增大,Fe(SCN)6]3-离子的吸光度不断增大;显色剂SCN-离子浓度较高时,随着SCN-离子浓度增大,放置稍长时间后,Fe(SCN)6]3-离子的吸光度降低。

Abstract:Based on the discussion about color reagent dosage of spectrophotometry in many analytical textbooks and inorganic and analytical chemistry textbooks, Fe3 -SCN- system was studied. The experimental results showed that when Fe3 concentration and other conditions were fixed and SCN- color reagent concentration was lower, Fe(SCN)6]3- absorbance increased with the SCN- concentration increased. With the SCN- concentration amplified, Fe(SCN)6]3- absorbance decreased after longish time when SCN- color reagent concentration was higher.
