高效破乳剂和混凝剂处理稠油污水的应用研究

摘    要:用自制破乳剂 TJ-1、混凝剂P-3处理稠油采出水,与PAC和PFS相比较,进行了最佳实验条件研究.结果表明,混凝剂P-3对油、SS的去除率分别达到95.5 %和94.6 %以上,是一种投加量少、去除效率高、经济可行,处理后的水质符合国家规定的排放标准,应用中取得了很好的效果.

Abstract:This study have compared self- made demnlsiferTJ- 1 and tloccnlant P- 3 with PAC and PF$ through removal effects of oil and SS in dense oil extraction wastewater and have researched the optimal condition of experiments. The resnlts show that the removal rate of oil and SS in dense oil exlraction wastewater reach 97.7 % and 96.9 % . And floccu- lantP - 3 not only used fewer but also got a better effect compared with PAC and PFS. This method is economic and feasible. It has obtained a good effect in the real applications.
