基于改进遗传算法的圆度误差的评定

摘    要:针对圆度误差评定中最小区域法的特点,提出一种采用实数编码,基于搜索点的适应值变化趋势进行定向变异并自适应地改变变异步长的改进遗传算法,并将该算法用于圆度误差评定问题,详细描述了具体的操作步骤,最后通过仿真实例得到试验结果。结果表明,该方法收敛速度快,计算结果稳定。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of minimum zone approach for roundness error evaluation,the paper proposes an improved genetic algorithm with utilizing real encoding.It adopts oriented mutation with adaptive variation of step size based on fitness variation trends of searched points.Then this approach applies to roundness error evaluation,and specific process is described in detail and the final results obtained by simulation example.The results show this approach can bring about asymptotic rate and stable...
