管道泥浆输移能力的试验研究

摘    要:利用黄河堤防淤筑工程中采用的管道泥浆输送设备,通过现场观测获取施工管道的压力、流量、含沙量等资料,对管道泥浆输移能力进行了试验研究.首先对高含沙水流的阻力系数变化规律进行了分析,给出了阻力系数与泥浆Re数间的相关关系.同时分析了管道泥浆输送能力,引入反映管道阻力特性的综合排距概念,更全面、准确地反映了管道输送能力,提出的管道流量与综合排距的确定方法可供泥浆管道水力设计时参考使用.

Abstract:With on-the-spot measuring data such as pressure, discharge, sediment concentration etc. in pipe, the carrying capacity of sediment hyperconcentration pipe flow has been experimentally studied, by the slurry transporting pipe device in constructing dyke engineering of the Yellow river. First the authors analyzed resistance coefficient of sediment hyperconcentration flow through the measured data and got the interrelated relation between resistance coefficient and Re number of slurry. Then the carrying capacity of slurry was analyzed and a concept of synthetic transporting length was introduced for expressing carrying capacity of pipe comprehensively. The determining method of pipe discharge and synthetic transporting length in this paper can be reflected for hydraulic design of the slurry pipe.
