微波消解-原子荧光检测乳制品中铅的方法

摘    要:研究了微波消解-原子荧光检测乳制品中铅的方法。采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,原子荧光法中用的载流剂为质量分数2%的盐酸,还原剂为KBH4+K3Fe3(CN)6+NaOH。该方法检出限为0.021μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.15%,回收率在93%~98%之间。与GB5009.12-2010[1]第二法氢化物原子荧光光谱法相比,处理时间缩短了约12 h。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高的特点。

Abstract:In this paper,studied on microwave digestion and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of lead in milk and dairy products,used the pre-treatment methods of microwave digestion.Atomic fluorescence of the reducing agent for the KBH4+K3Fe3(CN)6+NaOH,carrier liquid for 2% hydrochloric acid.Using the above conditions,the reaction essence was measured to be the precision of 1.65%,the relative standard deviations of 1.72%,and the recovery ranges from 93%-98%.The method compares with the...
