摘    要:振动技术应用于采油中的增产机理在于解堵、造缝、改变岩石及流体结构特性等作用,它不仅可以改善地层尤其是近井地带渗流能力、提高采油效果,而且是一种很有发展前景的、无伤害的绿色采油方法。地层、流体性质及振动工作参数对振动采油效果影响很大,以前振动采油研究大多停顿在理论研究及定性的说明,文中以实验为基础,对影响振动采油效果的主要因素,如振动频率、衰减系数、原油脱气频率等工作参数等进行了研究,给出了这些参数的定量计算关系式,对于提高振动采油技术在现场的应用效果具有重要意义。

Abstract:vibrotechnique is applied in oil recovery and the mechanism of increasing production lies in broken down, creating fracture and changing the character of structure of the stone and fluid. It not only improves the formation, especially the permeability of the near well-bore zone and increase the oil recovery, but also is an oil recovery method of promising prospect and non-pollution. The effect of the formation, fluid character and the vibration parameter on vibration oil recovery is great, the former methods of vibration oil recovery mostly stayed in theoretic research and qualitative explain. This paper presented relative quantitative formula of main factors impacting vibration oil recovery based on experiment, for example the vibration frequency, attenuation coefficient and crude oil degasification, which is significant on application of vibration oil recovery technique in the oil field.
