摘    要:为研究SF6气体可靠投放及其在瞬时高温高压环境下的存活率,研制了一台最大可在400gTNT当量爆炸载荷下确保力学安全且可重复使用的试验容器。容器强度设计采用动力系数法。为评估容器的安全性,利用冲量与有效静载荷联合加载计算了容器爆心截面的径向应变,并用LS-DYNA进行了数值模拟。在试验容器使用中进行了容器应变监测,结果表明:理论计算结果与实测数据基本一致。

Abstract:In order to research SF6 livability in a instantaneous condition with high temperature and high pressure,a repeatable vessel which can withstand 400g TNT quivalent explosive load was designed with dynamical-coefficient method;and impulse and static-load were used to calculate radial strain on median surface of the vessel and then having it simulated with LS-DYNA so as to insure dynamic safety of the vessel.Measuring vessel strain in experiment proves its consistency with theoretical calculation.
