| 摘 要： | 用Vero visit软件分析了手机上盖的成型过程,在注射模中采用了点浇口和潜伏式浇口复合浇口结构,保证了塑件的外观质量及尺寸精度,缩短了成型周期,在实际生产中取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | The moulding process of a mobile phone top lid was analyzed using the mold flow analysis software Vero visi. A combined pin-point gate and submarine gate structure was adopted in the injection mould in which the quality and dimension accuracy were en- sured and the moulding cycle was shortened. |
