| 摘 要： | 研究了镁合金硫酸镍化学镀镍工艺,得到了最佳的酸洗、活化及镀镍液配方.通过研究发现,镁合金在化学镀镍液中不会受到腐蚀,并初步探讨了化学镀镍的沉积机理.

| Abstract: | Electroless nickel plating on magnesium alloys in nickel sulfate bath is studied, obtaining optimal formulations for the pickling, activating and nickel plating processes. The research results show that the substrate of magnesium alloys would not be corroded in nickel sulfate bath at the plating temperature. The deposition mechanism of electroless nickel plating is preliminarily discussed. |
