提高机采井系统效率配套节能技术研究

摘    要:针对目前大庆油田机采井节能措施覆盖率仅为39.33%,平均系统效率仅为24.25%的现状,试验研究了多杯等流型气锚技术、免清蜡技术和抽油机节能减速器等配套节能技术,并开展了节能示范区现场试验,试验结果表明以上节能技术均能够提高机采井的系统效率,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:Currently, the percentage of mechanical oilwell system in Daqing oil field which using energy saving technologies is only 39.33 % and the average system efficiency is only 24.25 %. The authors experimentally studied several energy saving technologies, such as multi - cup iso - flux gas anchor, paraffin - removal free and energy saving gear reducer for oil pumping unit. Demonstration experiments of energy saving in oil field were also conducted. Experimental results show that the all energy saving technologies mentioned above can improre the efficiency of the mechanical oilwell system.
