| 摘 要： | 本文对建设工程造价的现状进行了描述,对建设工程造价管理阶段、工程投资决策阶段、项目设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工阶段及竣工决算阶段存在的造价问题进行了分析,在此基础上上提出了有效降低工程造价的对策,结果可供其他造价从业人员参考。
