综晶化合物单晶体的熔体法生长分析

摘    要:以液相-液相分离理论为基础,分析了综晶化合物熔体的分离过程和固-液界面吸收第二相液滴的规律,提出了抑制第二相液滴凝并、促进固-液界面吸收第二相液滴的方法,阐明了控制晶体化学配比的原理,为用熔体法生长综晶化合物单晶体提供了理论指导。

Abstract:Based on the liquid-liquid phase segregation theory for monotectic alloys, this paper deals with the liquid-liquid phase segregation in syntectic compound melt and the absorption of secondary droplets on the solid-liquid interface. Growth theory of syntectic compound single crystal from melt is proposed, which includes the methods for suppressing the coalescence of secondary droplets and for enhancing the absorption of secondary droplets on the solid-liquid interface, and the principle for controlling the stoichiometry of crystal.
