摘    要:在3号锂基脂润滑条件下,研究了35CrMo试块粗糙度对GCr15/35CrMo摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的影响。借助扫描电子显微镜分析了不同粗糙度的试块磨损后的表面形貌,结合35CrMo支撑轴与无内圈滚针轴承的接触工况,分析了粗糙度影响该摩擦副的磨损机理。结果表明:试块表面粗糙度存在一个最佳的范围,在此范围内,摩擦系数和磨损率均相对较小;试块表面粗糙度过高或过低时,磨损率均比较大;粗糙度较大时,试块损伤以粘着损伤为主。

Abstract:With the 3#lithium Grease lubrication conditions, influence about 35 GrMo testing block with a sierses of different roughness on pair, friction and wear characteristics of GCr15 / 35 CrMo was studied. By means of scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , the surface morphology of the worn test block with different roughness was analyzed. And combined contact condition of the 35 CrMo supporting shaft of beam pumping units and needle roller bearing without inner ring, the causes and mechanisms of the roughness on the friction pair were analyzed . The results show that: the surface roughness of the test block exists an optimal range, and the coefficient of friction and the wear rate is relatively small in this range. When the surface roughness of the test block is too high or too low, the wear rate is relatively more large. When the roughness is large,the mechanism of the damage to the test block is due to furrow injury.
