| 摘 要： | 通过阐述输电线路在保证电网安全稳定中的重要作用以及对目前线路在线监测技术和原理的介绍,结合国家电网公司正在全面实施的SG186生产管理系统功能,提出了在原有线路工作管理模式下,应用在线监测技术提高输电线路状态监测和管理水平的具体工作模式和工作步骤,并对生产管理系统中状态评价中心的功能提出了完善和改进建议,为新形势下的输电线路管理工作提出了更加高效、精确的工作新思路和实现方案。

| Abstract: | By illustrating the important role that transmission line plays in ensuring the security and stability of power grid, as well as by introducing the theory and technique of on line monitoring, this paper, based on SG186-PMS which is now under implement, proposed new working mode and procedure to improve the monitoring and management of transmission line. What is more, some suggestions are given to perfect the functions of PMS assessment center so that some new thoughts and approaches might be employed to make the management of transmission line more efficient and precise. |
