塑料外壳式断路器操作机构的动态仿真与参数化设计

摘    要:采用基于多体动力学原理的虚拟样机技术,建立了塑料外壳式断路器操作机构的动力学模型.利用仿真软件ADAMS对其动力学模型的分闸、合闸和自由脱扣进行仿真分析,将运动机构的四连杆模型进行简化及对关键尺寸进行参数化设计,对预防断路器的死扣和滑扣有重要意义.该仿真分析可为该产品生产、改进和测试实验提供理论根据和指导,进一步提高产品的稳定性和可靠性.

Abstract:A novel dynamic model of molded case circuit breaker operating mechanisms was built based on multi-body dynamics principle adopting virtual prototyping technology.Using ADAMS software to simulate and analyse the three kinds of sport forms including closing,opening and taking off,four connecting rod model was simplified and parametric design of key dimensions were done.The conclusion exerts much values on preventing the circuit breaker from the sliding misoperation and anti-interrupting of trip.The simulation analysis is significant that it can be used to study the manufacture,amelioration and experiment of testing of the product in order to improve the stability and reliability further.
