土壤腐蚀性检测器的研制

摘    要:介绍一种新研制的土壤腐蚀性检测器。它可以检测金属在土壤中的腐蚀电流密度及腐蚀电但和土壤的电阻率、氧化还原位及温度等参数。经实验室和野外现场试验,并对测得的数据进行分析表明,稳态腐蚀电流密度与埋片失重腐蚀速度之间具有较好的相关性。

Abstract:A probe for measuring soil corrosivity was developed. It can be used to measure not only corrosion current density and corrosion potential of metals in soil but also a series of soil parameters, including resistivity, oxidation reduction potential and temperature etc. The corrosion current density vs time curves showed that the corrosion current density finally reached to a steady value with the development of soil corrosion under the condition that moisture content and temperature were unchanged during the test. It was verified by grey relation analysis that there was a good relationship between steady corrosion current density measured by probe and corrosion rate obtained by weight loss.
