| 摘 要： | 介绍了一高约25m钢筋混凝土实体桥墩的定向爆破拆除工程。方案设计采用三角形爆破缺口,掏槽爆破加风镐修整开凿定向窗。通过精心设计孔网参数、单响药量,采用毫秒延时起爆网路以及有效的防护措施,使桥墩按预定方向准确倒塌,爆破效果令人满意。本次工程经验可为今后类似结构的爆破拆除提供参考。

| Abstract: | A directional blasting project for demolition of a RC solid pier of 25m in height was introduced.Triangle cut was adopted and directional window was excavated by cutting blasting and pneumatic pick repair. The pier was precisely collapsed to its designed direction by careful designing of the parameters of borehole net,and charge weight per delay interval, and by the employment of MS delay ignition nets and effective protection measures. The blasting result was satisfied. The experience can provide reference to similar structure to be demolished in future. |
