摘    要:硫磺制酸装置余热回收系统的过热蒸汽温度是一个重要的参数。介绍了该参数常用的几种调节方法,并着重分析了喷水减温流程中减温水加入的两种方法对高温过热器中温级换热温差的影响,认为在大型硫磺制酸装置余热回收系统中应以采用两级减温调节为佳。

Abstract:The superheated steam temperature is an important parameter in the waste heat recovery system of sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant.Several normally used adjustment methods are introduced,and in particular,the impact of the two methods of desuperheating water addition in the water spray desuperheating process on the temperature difference of medium temperature level heat exchange in the superheater is analyzed.It is considered that two-stage desuperheating adjustment is optimum in the waste heat recovery system of large-sized sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant.
