| Abstract: | The studying district lies in the north melting area of Daxinganling which is in the large and perennial freezing area. Severe climate condition and plenty of underground water leads to extensive developing of seasonal ice fountain cone. Freezing ditch is a kind of effective measures to control ice cone harm. |
