上海黄浦体育中心及办公楼

黄浦体育中心是新近落成于上海城市核心区域的综合性建筑。该项目距离外滩仅500m之遥,处于新老交替、错综复杂的城市环境中——于是,“尊重并发展已有的城市肌理”成为整体设计的一大主题。建筑师敏感地捕捉地块与相邻环境的轴线关系,用一条东西走向的空间走廊清晰界定运动区域及商业区域，并形成富有趣味的过渡空间。建筑单体最大限度地体现透明感.创造出一个蕴含动感的混合体,并在技术细节上利用斜柱、外挑等结构语汇,精致而跳跃的建筑表皮,旨在降低大型公共建筑的尺度感和压迫感,丰富和细化城市界面,犹如一首清新的“城市变奏曲”。

Shanghai Huangpu Sport Center and Office Building

Setting up two buildings of different type adjacently in a city center is not an easy task. Buildings must be efficient, taking into account of varius obstacles including the form of pre-existing structures and size restrictions.The Huangpu Sports Center and its office building were constructed in the center of Shanghai near the famous Westin Hotel and People＇s Square The final solution was to make an east-west landscape design to connect the Sports Center with its neighboring Westin Hotel and other surrounding buildings. The sports center is put on the southern side facing a main highway, and the office space in the quieter northern side With a double-paned skin of glass on the inside and screen on the outside, the Huangpu Sports Center is an example of the imaginative design happening in the modern cityscape, which is like delightful partita.
