| 摘 要： | 基层团组织建设是高校共青团事业发展的基础和生命力,也是高校服务青年学生的重要途径和手段。目前高校基层团组织存在着组织工作机制不健全、团员身份意识不浓厚等问题,需要通过扩大基层团组织覆盖面、建立健全团员和团干部教育培训体系、建设服务型团组织等路径,加强高校基层团组织建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of the basic communist youth league is the foundation and vitality of colleges and universities＇ communist youth league development. It is also served as the important approach and means for college students. Currently,there are lots of problems in the working mechanism and consciousness of members in basic communist youth leagues. Therefore,basic communist leagues should enlarge the coverage,build the training system of members or leaders,set up the serve-oriented communist youth league and strengthen the construction of the basis communist youth league in colleges and universities. |
