| 摘 要： | 介绍冲压生产文件夹面壳的多工位级进模结构特点,为了适应生产同一系列不同尺寸的面壳,采用盒形固定板,可快速调换凸模和凹模的镶块在模盒中的位置,模具对同类产品具有通用性。对生产类似零件的多工位级进模设计具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | The structure characteristic of a multi-position progressive die for stamping a file clip was presented. In order to manufacture various dimensions of face shells of the same series, the box-like fixing plate is adopted that can rapidly exchange the position of punch and matrix insert in the die box. |
