基于PROE与ANSYS的空间曲线啮合轮的三维建模与分析

摘    要:空间曲线啮合轮是一种区别于传统齿轮的新型传动机构。根据空间曲线啮合轮设计原理,使用PROE软件实现空间曲线啮合轮的参数化三维建模,并阐述主动轮与从动轮的装配过程;利用PROE的运动学仿真模块对主动轮与从动轮的啮合传动进行了仿真分析;最后利用ANSYS软件对空间曲线啮合轮进行了受力分析。

Abstract:Space-curve-meshing-wheel( SCMW) is a new type of transmission mechanism. According to the design principle of SCMW, this paper explains 3D parametric model of the SCMW by using PROE,and the virtual assembly of SCMW. It also analyzes the meshing transmission of the driving wheel and driven wheel based on the PROE motion simulation module. Finally,this paper makes an analysis of SCMW by using ANSYS.
