加拿大 Co-op 教育及对我国高职教育的启示

加拿大高职教育比较发达，形成了比较成熟的教育体系，特别是Co-op教育独树一帜，取得了很大的成效，在世界上很有影响力。通过深入探究co—op教育的模式、实施办法及取得的成效，对我国高职院校开展产学合作教育很有借鉴意义，期望探索出符合中国国情的产学合作教育之路，提升人才培养质量。

Discussion on Canada Co-op Education and the Revelation to Higher Vocational Education in China

Canadian higher vocational education is more developed, which has formed a relatively mature system of education. The Co-op education has achieved great success, which is very influential in the world. By exploring the Co-op education mode, its imple- mentation measures and achievements, this paper puts forward its great significance in the development of cooperative educa- tion in higher vocational colleges in China, looking forward to exploring the path of the Co-operative education which accords with the situation of China, and improving the quality of personnel training.
