| 摘 要： | 高职院校传统学生资助体系存在重资助轻教育、抓一时轻平时等问题,容易造成资助育人工作功能的低效化态势。应在考虑学生资助系统内在动力、教育对象内在需求以及学生思想政治教育工作内涵等因素的基础上,构建由科学设置、准确遴选、深度接触、学生资助以及反哺教育等模块组成的高职院校资助育人工作的新范式。

| Abstract: | Traditional student financial assistance system in higher vocational colleges has many problems. For example,it focused more on financial assistance than education,and it lacks the usual assistance and education,which leads to low effectiveness of financial assistance. Higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to these factors,including the intrinsic motivation,internal demand and meaning of ideological and political education,so that to get new ways of financial assistance,which is scientifically established,accurately chosen,deeply touched,students assisted,and education re-fed. |
