串级控制系统控制直流电机的性能分析

摘    要:针对单回路控制系统无法更好地控制直流电机的情况,将串级控制系统应用到对电机的控制中,串级控制系统利用副反馈回路,结合PID参数整定方法,对影响中间变量的干扰进行预先调节,从而改善整个系统的动态品质。仿真结果表明,利用串级控制系统控制直流电机的动态性能好,其抗干扰能力、适应性和控制质量都比单回路要优越。

Abstract:For the single loop control system can't control dc motor better, the cascade control system is applied to control dc motor. Cascade control system uses a deputy feedback loop and combines with the setting method of PID pa- rameter to adjust the interference which affects the intermediate variable in advance. Then it improves the dynamic quali- ty of the whole system. The simulation results show that dynamic performance of the cascade control system controlling dc motor is good. Its anti-interference ability, adaptability and control quality are superior to the single loop control system.
