摘    要:对于大型汽轮发电机组,甩负荷是最恶劣的一种工况,它将引起机组转子转速飞升,进而威胁机组的安全性.借助Simulink仿真工具,对某型1 000 MW超超临界机组甩负荷转速飞升特性进行了仿真.定量分析了再热容积时间常数和转子飞升时间常数对调节系统动态特性的影响.结合现场试验数据对快速甩负荷(FCB)工况进行了仿真模拟和转速飞升预测.

Simulation Study on 1 000-MW Unit Speed Rise During Load Shedding

Abstract:Load shedding is the worst operation scenario for large turbo-generator sets, which will increase rotor speed rapidly and threaten the safety of units greatly. In this paper, the maximum speed rise of a 1 000-MW unit is simulated with Simulink, and quantitative analysis on the influence of reheat steam volume time constant and rotor time constant on the dynamic characteristics of the governing system is performed. Combined with the on-line test data, the fast cut back (FCB) condition is simulated with the speed rise estimated.
