摘    要:随着国家对风资源的大力开发利用,大量的风电场需要接入电网.风电场接入电压等级也从最初的配电网发展到高电压等级的输电网,风力发电对电力系统稳定性的影响越来越大,其中风电对系统的小干扰稳定性不容忽视.各风区之间通过主网互联,导致风力发电对系统稳定性的影响不仅仅是单个风场.还包括该风区多个风电场以及整个电网多风区风电场的影响.通过对单风区多风电场以及多风区多个风电场出力变化的分析研究,表明风电场对系统小干扰稳定性影响情况主要表现为系统的振动模式及振动特性.运用PSASP程序对中国新疆地区的典型电网仿真,验证了研究结论.分析结果对风电接入、风场运营和电网规划具有重要的参考价值.

Analysis of the Impacts of Multi Wind Region Integration on System Small Signal Stability

Abstract:With vigorous development of wind resources, a lot of wind farms have been accessed to power grid, and the access voltage of wind farms have developed from the low voltage level of distribution networks to high voltage level of transmission networks. Because of the growing impacts of wind power generation on the system stability, the small disturbance stability of wind power system cannot be ignored. Since wind farms are interconnected through the major power grid, the impacts of wind power on system stability not only comes from a single wind farm, but also from several wind farms in a wind region or multiple wind farms in several wind regions of the same power grid. An analysis of the output changes of several wind farms in a single wind region and multiple wind farms in several wind regions shows that the impacts of wind farms on system small disturbance stability are mainly represented by oscillation mode and oscillation characteristics of the system. The conclusion is verified through simulation of a typical grid in Xinjiang region with the PSASP program. This study results can provide an important reference for wind power integration, wind farm operation and power system planning.
